General Provisions

Account Registration & Security
3.1 Creating an Account
To open an account with betbd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false information may result in account suspension or closure, and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) secure. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, you must notify the betbd support team immediately.
3.3 Verification
betbd reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may delay or suspend the withdrawal process. Our SSL encryption technology keeps your information secure.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on betbd is ৳100. Deposits can be made using the following payment methods only:
- bKash — Mobile banking service
- Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office digital financial service
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet
Deposited funds are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
4.3 Fraudulent Transactions
If any suspicious or fraudulent transaction is identified, betbd may cancel that transaction and suspend the associated account. Money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
betbd offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total ৳3,000
- Deposit ৳22,000 or more → Maximum ৳20,000 bonus → Total ৳42,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit and bonus combined. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each member may claim each promotion once only.
- If a member uses bonuses to follow unusual betting strategies, betbd reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
- Each bonus may have a separate expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
- betbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play

6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betbd platform:

- Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes
- Gaining unauthorised access to the platform through hacking, phishing, or any other technical manipulation
- Attempting to find vulnerabilities in the platform's systems
6.3 Sports Betting
In the sports betting section, betbd offers markets on various sports — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and more. All bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the relevant event. betbd reserves the right to make the final decision in the case of disputed matches.
VIP Program & Cashback
betbd runs a four-tier VIP program for active members. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week
- Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week
VIP tier upgrades depend on your activity on the platform. betbd reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.
Responsible Gaming
betbd believes in responsible gaming. We care about the mental and financial wellbeing of our members. The following tools are available to you:
- Deposit Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Self-Exclusion: Your account can be temporarily suspended for a set period.
- Permanent Exclusion: Upon request, your account will be permanently closed.

- Failure to complete identity verification
10.2 Member's Rights
Any member may request the closure of their account at any time. All valid funds must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
Limitation of Liability

- Problems with the user's own device or network
